This potent energy can boost your energy levels dramatically. It often awakens if you are in a life threatening situation and you need to find the strength to do something remarkable...for example, when we hear the incredible stories of a mother who somehow summons the strength to lift a car and rescue her child. It is rarely this dramatic, but this powerful energy does provide the resources to do the incredible.

In Healing...
Kundalini literally means "burn". It is a warm energy which can heat up your body, burn out colds, and melt away blocks in your energy system. While blocks in your energy system tend to freeze the flow of your energies, this warm energy can thaw energetically frozen areas that have become numb or rigid. Sometimes there can be pain as feeling begins to return to parts of yourself that have previously been numbed.
In Kundalini Guided Meditation...
Certainly, this primal energy can be potent stuff. It can kick in dramatically when you urgently need powerful energy resources. Intense life experiences and spiritual practices can also unintentionally trigger 'rushes'. Most of the time however, opening up this energy is a more gentle, gradual process. For example, swimming, sex, and dancing are more common activities which can open up gentler flows of this energy.
Through kundalini guided meditation, you can become more aware of kundalini and learn to direct it consciously. It is best to work with this energy after you have already developed some basic
