The Auras Expert.com provides many different healing services, including, but not limited to psychic readings, spiritual healings, spiritual retreats and personal meditations. The Auras Expert guarantees that its paid products and services will be to your satisfaction, with certain disclaimers. (See, Disclaimer of Warranties, below.) The following warranty applies only to our paid products and services:
We will replace any product or service (as applicable) with a suitable replacement. Examples of this would include time with a reader or a Natal Chart.
If we are unable to replace this product or service to your satisfaction, we will then refund your purchase.
GUARANTEE POLICY
The Auras Expert will offer refunds of any paid services if the client voices their objection to the quality of the service within the first 10 minutes of any paid services. Clients who have obtained refunds for this reason may be refused additional services.
The Auras Expert will offer refunds of any paid products if the client voices their objection to the quality of the product within the first week of receiving any paid products. Clients who have obtained refunds for this reason may not be permitted to purchase additional products.
If any technological problems arises while a client is trying to access their product or service, it will be addressed and every attempt will be made to correct it. Alternative forms will be offered. Any client not satisfied by the alternative means will be eligible for a refund provided the service has not yet been provided. If a session has been provided in part, the client agrees to make every effort to use an alternative method to access their session in order to ensure a fair outcome for everyone.
We cannot be responsible for the quality, delivery or warranty of the products and services provided by our affiliates. All claims and concerns must be followed up by the client directly with the providing affiliate.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
You expressly understand and agree that:
